How long have you been on the board?

What do you love most about FAST?
How the group has come together to get more of the community involved to get more trails built. How we are making places for the community to get outdoors more and enjoy the trails and how we have gotten more people interested in the sport.

What is your favorite park to ride in Sioux Falls?
Tuthill Park.

Where is the coolest place you’ve ever ridden outside of Sioux Falls?
The Black Hills.

What do you want FAST members to know about you?
I love being outside and ever since I started helping FAST a few years ago building and maintaining trails it has been my favorite way of giving back to the community and I get a lot of pride and satisfaction seeing a project completed and the joy that others get out of using the trails.

If you could only drink one kind of beer for the rest of your life, what would it be?
That’s hard, there are way too many good beers out there and I like way too many styles of beer.

What is your favorite piece of riding equipment?
My helmet as it protects my head and the Halo brand head band for people like me that sweat a lot. It's a great headband for keeping sweat out of your eyes.

Flats or clipless?
Clipless.

What is the best tip for someone that wants to start riding a mountain bike?
Just get out and ride your bike as much as you can no matter your physical ability or equipment. Everything else will come as you grow with the sport.
