What do you love most about FAST?
How people work together to maintain the beautiful trail systems we have in town!

What is your favorite park to ride in Sioux Falls?
I love riding at Tuthill and Leaders Park!

Where is the coolest place you’ve ever ridden outside of Sioux Falls?
So far just the black hills! This fall I will be going to Bentonville which i am excited about!

What do you want FAST members to know about you?
I am a full time nurse at the Sanford ED so I work some strange hours! Hence why trail work might be done at some odd times.

If you could only drink one kind of beer for the rest of your life, what would it be?
That is a hard tie between Coors and Summer Shandy.

What is your favorite piece of riding equipment?
 My Canyon Lux Trail its my favorite piece of riding equipment!

Flats or clipless?
Clipless 100%

What is the best tip for someone that wants to start riding a mountain bike?
Go out and have fun and be safe! Respect the trails and other riders.

Falls Area SingleTrack’s (FAST) mission is to protect, create, and enhance quality trail experiences for mountain bikers in cooperation with other trail users in the Sioux Falls area. FAST actively promotes responsible trail use, supports volunteer trail work, assists land managers with trail management issues, and improves relations among all trail user groups.
